Are teeth are strange and sensitive things and some of what may be causing you dental pains may surprise you. That’s right it’s not always sugar that causing you pains sometimes it could be-
-your sinuses? As crazy as it may seem your tooth sensitivity could actually be caused by plugged up sinuses. Your sinuses sit right above your mouth, and if they’re inflamed it can cause you tooth pain! One way to tell is if more than one tooth is sensitive in the same way.
You gums receding can also cause a problem. As gums pull back the new tooth isn’t used to the exposure and is thus more sensitive. Brushing with Sensodyne is a great and easy fix for this problem- but once you start brushing with it you need to continue.
It may not be your teeth at all- you could have an abscess in your gums! If something gets caught in there and infected you’ll get an abscess which causes some pretty gnarly pain. For this problem, make sure you brush and floss regularly! For more strange mouth pain see here.
