On December 2nd the U.S. Food and Drug Administration released a report concerning Relief ACP Oral Care Gel. The manufacturer has recalled the product because of an error that rendered it ineffective, and it may also cause an increase sensitivity.
The products were manufactured between March 24 and May 2, 2014. There is no serious risk associated with the error.
