Getting your kids to eat right is hard enough- but them getting them to eat foods that are good for their teeth, well, that’s darned near impossible. There are a lot of great foods though that you can give your kids that aren’t just good for their health, but also good for your teeth believe it or not. We have a list of great foods that do just that here for you.
First are apples. It seems an apple a day may just keep the dentist away. Besides the abundance of vitamins and minerals, apples help clean a tooth’s surface and produce saliva. Celery does a lot of similar things, and when you pair them with carrots you have a treat that kids will eat. Kiwi fruits are another- they’re delicious and they help kids’ gums as they are chock full of vitamin C that gets applied right to the gums as your kids eat them.
